Return Policy

The BSC carries a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with your stock purchase, you may return the item(s) to the place of purchase within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in a new & saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts & literature including warranties & instructions. The item must also be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice..

Refunds are made to the credit card number used in the original purchase transaction only.

Non-Refundable Items

Non-stocked items that are specifically purchased on behalf of a customer agreement (special/custom orders or order quantities larger than usually stocked) or items that have been discontinued and/or sold at a deeply discounted price.

Defective Items

If an item is defective, it will be repaired, replaced, or a refund may be given. The type of adjustment made is at the discretion of management. Return any defective items with proof of purchase along with the original packaging to the store manager on duty.

In cases where the defect is not visibly apparent or the items (s) may have been damaged from misuse, the manager is required to contact the supplier for disposition prior to authorizing final remedy. Any remedy will not exceed the value of the defective item.
